I am so happy to have used Hartman’s for my washing machine repair. Brian was the best! He... diagnosed the problem, quoted the price to fix and then replaced the suspension rods on my washer.. He was so knowledgeable, explained everything and my machine now runs like new.. He is an exceptional technician and I am happy to have picked the best company .. all by looking at the reviews. Christy was great when I called and explained everything as well. Thank you so much Brian.. I am a happy customer because of you!!read more

Robert was a very professional repairman. He texted when he was on his way. Very professional upon... arrival and asked me to describe the problem I was having with the leaking dishwasher. He went right to work looking at everything. There seemed to be one issue after another. Robert took time to identify, fix or adjust and document. By the time he finished my dishwasher was working with no leaks. I was able to be there with him and feel comfortable to highly recommend Hartman Appliance and particularly Robert. Service and cost reasonable.read more

I have lived in my home for over 48 years, and I can honestly say I have "never" had a technician... follow up to make sure everything was working properly after a visit. Who does this? Hartman's Appliance Repair and their technician, "Robert", whom I am calling "Remarkable Rob!" After a recent bad experience with another repair company, I was very nervous and asked a "lot" of questions about my 8-year-old Maytag refrigerator, which was freezing food in the fresh food section. Robert was extremely patient, answered every single question to my satisfaction, and broke down the pricing multiple ways so I could be comfortable that there would be "no surprises." He arrived right on time, gave me excellent maintenance tips, and promised he would follow up. True to his word ( I believe that a man's word is his bond), Robert called me the very next morning after the repair to check in on the refrigerator. Absolute top-tier service! If you call Hartman's, do yourself a favor and ask for "Remarkable Rob",you will be glad you did!read more
