Our ice maker went down again and we called Hartman Tuesday afternoon. Jason arrived Wednesday... afternoon and spend about an hour diagnosing and fixing the problem. He was very competent, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and very efficient/effective.Problem is solved and the ice makeer is up and running again. Hartman did an excellent job of managing our problem.Great organization. Great people.read more

Hartman’s customer service is incredible. They confirm your appointment along with notifications on... when your tech will arrive. Their techs are extremely knowledgeable. They had my ice maker on my Bosch refrigerator up and running within two days. I am extremely happy!!!!read more

Awesome response Time. Easy to talk to and explain your problem. Our repairman was next to none if... I could give him 10 stars I would. He answered any and all questions I had about my refrigerator.
