Ron came to our home just before the scheduled time. He asked pertinent questions, spent just a few... moments with the stove and diagnosed the problem. Appointment was scheduled the same day replacement part arrived(Sunday). Ron arrived again just a few minutes before scheduled time and replaced faulty part with new one in under 30 minutes.
