All replacement parts we use are brand new. All parts are guaranteed by manufacturers specs. We honor the manufacturers warranty on an individual parts basis. The appliance repair warranty from manufacturers varies greatly for parts. Your technician will inform you of your manufacturers appliance repair warranty for the replacement parts at time of service.
Appliance Repair Warranty for Labor
Our labor service for your repair is guaranteed for 90 days. Should a screw come loose or another labor related issue crop up within the first 90 days following your appliance repair, we will, according to our appliance repair warranty, make it right at no additional fee to you.
Appliance Repair Warranty for Return Visits
Our diagnostic fee of $70 for residential and commercial service is waived if a return visit is needed for the same issue within 30 days following a repair.
