The United States Postal Service operates the Crystal Beach Post Office at 420 Crystal Beach Avenue. Residents of Crystal Beach do not have home mail delivery; they travel to the post office to send and receive mail.

Located directly south from the Destin Commons, visitors often say the Crystal beach areas are among the most scenic beaches they’ve encountered. Public beach access with a pavilion, restrooms, showers, parking lot and street parking are available. During the summer months, visitors and residents can rent beach chairs and umbrellas at The Shores at Crystal Beach Access.
