I had a brand new dryer that just needed a cord longer than six feet. I called multiple companies,... and no one wanted to handle it. Said they don’t order parts??? Hartman was helpful and friendly from my first call, and Brian came and replaced the too short power cord with the length I needed in less than 15 minutes! We had a failing refrigerator. We called and got an appointment within 48 hours. They told us... exactly what the costs would be for the visit and diagnostic - no surprises. They also explained ahead of time they could not repair frig compressors. They showed up on time, diagnosed the problem but couldn't fix it due to it being a compressor issue. They walked us through all of the checks to show the failure. They even told us what part to buy to repair our dishwasher. Very professional. Knew what they were doing.read more

Just excellent service from initial contact about pricing and scheduling for my shaking whirlpool... washing machine through the actual repair work done. Pricing and procedures were clearly communicated as was the ETA status. Brian was on time, courteous, and both explained and showed me the problem with my washing machine. Had main control panel replaced. Our serviceman was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He... actually reset the old panel so we could use the washer until new panel came in. He even found an ungrounded extension cord and advised us not to use it.read more
