Our water distiller in the refrigerator was not working, and we called Samsung to fix the problem.... A technician came and told us to purchase a new water filter, we did purchase an authentic water filter but water distiller still didn’t work. Again, we called the Samsung costumer service and they tried to sell us another filter instead of finding the problem. Then I made a google search and found Hartman’s Appliance Repair.
